Let's Get Active Liverpool | Business After Five | October 2026

This October, Business After Five is getting a little more active.

Join us at Habitat Gym’s brand new Prestons facility for an evening of networking, connection and a little friendly competition - alongside the Chamber’s Annual General Meeting. **NOTE: The AGM starts 5pm sharp, and will be followed by Business After Five**

Guests will have the opportunity to experience the new Habitat Gym space and receive a complimentary InBody health scan, offering an insight into body composition and overall health.

Then, it’s time for the Boardroom Olympics.

Expect some light-hearted team competition designed to get everyone talking, laughing and perhaps discovering just how long they can hold a wall sit in business attire. Participation is all in good fun - no athletic ability (or activewear) required.

The Habitat Gym team will also share a few words on the importance of staying consistent - in business and otherwise - before we wrap up with plenty of time to network, connect with fellow members and guests, and explore the new facility.
